• Your Name & Photo: We show these in the app to make it feel more personal to you.
• Login Activity: we keep track of when you last signed in to help keep your account secure and ensure your data is up-to-date.

These details are stored in our secure system and are used only to manage your account and keep your data safe.

2. Your Financial Plan & Numbers

The most important part of WealthVision is the information you enter to track your wealth. We save this so you can access it anytime, anywhere. This includes:

• Your Wealth: Bank balances, investments, property values, and other assets.
• Your Debts: Loans, mortgages, and credit card balances.
• Your Cash Flow: Monthly income and what you spend your money on.
• Your Goals: Your financial profiles, trip budgets, and future plans.
• Your Preferences: Things like your preferred currency and theme settings.

Your Privacy is Guaranteed: We use strong security locks to protect your information. Your account is yours alone, and we do not have permission to look at or share your personal financial numbers with anyone.

3. Optional Personal Backup (Google Drive)

For those who want total ownership of their data, we offer a way to link your own Google Drive:

• You can tell the app to save a personal backup file directly into your own Google account.
• We only ever see the "wealthVision" folder we create for you; we can't see anything else in your Drive.
• You are always in control and can turn this feature off whenever you like.

4. Improving Your Experience

To make WealthVision faster, easier, and more useful, we look at general trends in how the app is used:

• Which tools are used most often (like the net worth tracker or trip manager).
• Common patterns in how people navigate the app to help us simplify the menus.
• Anonymous reports if the app crashes or has an error, so we can fix it quickly.
• General info like which browser or type of device you use to ensure the app looks great for everyone.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide and maintain WealthVision
• Verify your identity and manage your account
• Automatically update your financial data across all your devices
• Enable easy data access when you log in from different devices
• Enable optional Google Drive backup feature
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Understand how you use WealthVision to make it better
• Develop new tools and features
• Find and prevent misuse of the service

How Your Information is Kept Safe

Stored on Your Device (Instant Access)

We keep a "working copy" of your plan on your phone or computer so it's always ready when you are:

• When you clear your browser data, this local copy is removed, but your plan is still safe on our secured server and will reappear when you log back in.

Secured Server

To ensure you never lose your progress and can access your plan anywhere, we save a copy on our secured server:

• Your Important Numbers: We save all the details you enter, like assets and goals.
• Encrypted Storage: All data stored on our server is encrypted; the real data can't be visible without using the application.
• Your Identity: We keep your email and name to ensure only you can access your account.
• Automatic Updates: We keep track of your latest changes to make sure all your devices show exactly the same plan.
• Secure Access: If you use Google Drive, we securely store the access code needed to save files to your personal backup folder.

Vault Tool - Privacy Policy

This optional tool is for your most private and important data. It uses its own special locks to ensure your hidden information is incredibly safe:

• Your Master Password: Only you have the master password and recovery keys to see what's inside this tool. We do not have access to them.
• No Data Recovery: Because we don't have your master password or recovery keys, we cannot reset your access or recover your data if you lose them. Please keep them safe at all times.
• Completely Private: What you store here is completely hidden and invisible to everyone else, including our service.

Secure Protections

We protect your data with multiple layers of security, much like a physical locker:

• Server Security: All information is kept in a highly secure digital storage system with restricted access.
• Private Backup Passwords: If you use your own Google Drive for backups, we ensure your data is locked with your chosen password.
• Password Control: Your chosen password for backups is never saved on our system, giving you total control.
• Safe Transfer: Every time information travels between your device and our server, it's sent through a private, secure connection.

Cookies

WealthVision uses 'cookies' to store small pieces of information to make your experience better, such as remembering your preferences.

• Logging you in and keeping you signed in

While we focus on Indian users, we also respect global standards such as GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California), ensuring users worldwide have the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

Children's Privacy

WealthVision is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete such information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

• Server Data: Your financial data is retained on our servers while your account is active. This enables automatic sync across devices.
• Authentication Data: Account information (email, name, profile picture) is retained while your account is active
• Local Browser Data: Financial data is stored in your browser until you clear it or until it's automatically synced from server
• Google Drive Backups: (If enabled) Stored in your Google Drive until you delete them

Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data (both server and local) at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your financial data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Security Measures

We use multiple ways to keep your information safe:

• Secure connections whenever data is sent
• Safe login methods to verify it's really you
• Encrypted storage on our systems
• Regular checks to ensure our systems are secure
• Strict rules on who can access the systems

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Beta Phase Notice

WealthVision is currently in its beta phase. During this phase, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently stop the service for any reason.

In the event of a permanent shutdown during the beta period, we will provide you with at least one week (7 days) prior notice via our application or email. This gives you time to export or save any data you have stored with us.
