The most important part of WealthVision is the information you enter to track your wealth. We save this so you can access it anytime, anywhere. This includes:
- Your Wealth: Bank balances, investments, property values, and other assets.
- Your Debts: Loans, mortgages, and credit card balances.
- Your Cash Flow: Monthly income and what you spend your money on.
- Your Goals: Your financial profiles, trip budgets, and future plans.
- Your Preferences: Things like your preferred currency and theme settings.
How We Keep Your Plan Safe & Synced:
- Automatic Cloud Saving: As you type or make changes, the app automatically sends a copy to our secure digital vault. You don't have to look for a "Save" button; we've got you covered.
- Access from Anywhere: Because your plan is saved in our secure vault, you can log in from your computer at work, your tablet at home, or your phone on the go and always see your latest numbers.
- Extra Personal Backup: If you'd like even more control, you can link your own Google Drive. This lets you keep a personal copy of your data that only you control, completely separate from our system.

4. Optional Personal Backup (Google Drive)
For those who want total ownership of their data, we offer a way to link your own Google Drive:
- You can tell the app to save a personal backup file directly into your own Google account.
- We only ever see the "wealthVision" folder we create for you; we can't see anything else in your Drive.
- You can also add an extra password to these backups for even more security.
- You are always in control and can turn this feature off whenever you like.

To make WealthVision faster, easier, and more useful, we look at general trends in how the app is used:
- Which tools are used most often (like the net worth tracker or trip manager).
- Common patterns in how people navigate the app to help us simplify the menus.

- General info like which browser or type of device you use to ensure the app looks great for everyone.

How Your Information is Kept Safe
Stored on Your Device (Instant Access)
We keep a "working copy" of your plan on your phone or computer so it's always ready when you are:
- This allows you to see your numbers instantly without waiting for a connection.
- It means you can still use the app and make updates even when you're offline.
- When you clear your browser history or data, this local copy is removed, but don't worry—your plan is still safe in our secure vault and will reappear when you log back in.
Saved in Our Secure Vault (Always Safe)
To ensure you never lose your progress and can access your plan anywhere, we save a secure copy in our private digital vault:
- Your Important Numbers: We save all the assets, debts, and goals you enter.
- Your Identity: We keep your email and name so we can ensure only you can open your vault.

Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data (both server and local) at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your financial data will be permanently removed from our servers.
